In general, the total price of a turnkey project is between $55,000 and $80,000. In general, a period of 30-40 working days (5-7 weeks) is required to completely renovate a kitchen. The total time may be extended by a few days for example, if we have to remove a bearing wall, add a new window, or change the location of structural members or appliances. The redesign of lighting and electrical circuits, as well as plumbing modifications must be considered. If only kitchen cabinets are to be installed, please allow 4 to 5 days depending on the complexity of the layout.

Your complete absence is not required, as the work takes place during normal working hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm) from Monday to Friday. We install protective mats on the floors and stairs, isolate the work area from the rest of the house areas with plastic sheeting, and take care to clean up at the end of each workday. Just be prepared to have no access to your kitchen for about 6 weeks, and then you can enjoy your new layout!

In Swedish, bröder means “brothers”. Since the management team is made up of two brothers, among several other people, the choice of the name was derived from this inspiration.
The entire team is represented by a camaraderie of 14 core people; Christian, general manager, Simon, project manager and his wife Nathalie, showroom manager, Jean-Pierre, the brother, operations manager, Serge, technical manager, Geneviève, Patricia and Claudy, designers, Kimberly, technical coordinator, Suzanne, administrative assistant, and finally, Robert, Guy, Glenn and Aurélien, the construction team.

We do not offer a price by linear foot, simply because this practice does not represent the final price of a realistic project. Your kitchen project is like no other – it is unique in its design and construction, choice of accessories, and the choice of materials and options influence the final price. We prefer to calculate the actual price, offering you a realistic number based on your choices and preferences.

Of course! We have completed many projects in condos. We provide very special attention to maintaining cleanliness in the common areas and are careful to meet the requirements and regulations of the established committees in your building. We respect the prescribed working hours and possess the required adequate insurance. We are also equipped for transport and delivery in elevators.
